Kimberly Zenz was a nonresident senior fellow with the Cyber Statecraft Initiative at the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security.

She is also the Head of Threat Intelligence at the Deutsche Cyber-Sicherheitsorganisation (German Cyber Security Organization), a joint project of Allianz, BASF, Bayer and Volkswagen Group focused on improving cyber security in Germany. Prior to joining DCSO in 2016, Kimberly was at Verisign iDefense for ten years, where she focused on the cyber threat environment of the RuNet, with an emphasis on Russian cybercrime as well as the broader contextual situation that drives illicit online activity.
