Q&A: The Assassination of Egypt’s Prosecutor General

In the first assassination of a government official in Egypt since 1990, Prosecutor General Hisham Barakat was killed Monday after a bomb hit his convoy in the Cairo. Barakat, who was injured in the attack, was transferred to the Nozha Hospital where he succumbed to his wounds hours later.
