The Atlantic Council partnered with the Security & Defence Agenda and IBM on March 19-23 2012, in coordination with the European External Action Service, the European Commission, NATO Allied Command Transformation, and the US Mission to NATO to bring together thousands of global security stakeholders in a virtual conference.

Representatives of national governments and armed forces, international institutions, NGOs, think-tanks, industry, and the media used this unique opportunity to collectively define the solutions to pressing security issues.
