Strategy Session with General Curtis M. Scaparrotti

A range of senior experts from Washington’s foreign policy community shared their insights on how to energize the new US administration to address pressing security challenges, including Russian assertiveness and violent extremism, as well as capability gaps in Europe.
US Army General Curtis Scaparrotti assumed his current position in late spring of 2016. A career infantry officer, General Scaparrotti was previously Commander of the United Nations Command/Combined Forces Command/United States Forces Korea. Throughout his decorated career, he also served as Director of the Joint Staff, Commander of the International Security Assistance Force Joint Command, and Deputy Commander of US Forces Afghanistan, among other key leadership positions.
