J. Peter Pham, director of the Atlantic Council’s Africa Center, spoke at a seminar for BizCorps, a US-based non-profit program that places graduates of top American business schools with small and medium enterprises in targeted emerging and frontier markets for a year of service.

Pham spoke on “Five Things No One Talks about in Emerging Africa,” to the class of 2013-2014 associates who will serve in Columbia and Kenya, helping entrepreneurs to develop business plans and other strategies for growth.

BizCorps was founded by Robert Mosbacher, Jr., former president and CEO of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation, an independent US government agency that helps mobilize and facilitate private capital investment in emerging markets.
