The Director of the African Department of the agency, Dr. Peter J. Pham who made this known during an interview that was monitored by our correspondent yesterday, added that the incoming president is going to operate under very constrained circumstances in his quest to tackle the menace of Boko Haram.

Although the Nigerian economy has, during the years of Goodluck Jonathan’s administration, diversified extraordinarily, said Dr. Pham stressing that government revenue is still very much overly reliant on the hydrocarbon sector.
