On Wednesday, December 4 at 10:30 a.m. ET (9:30 a.m. CST) the Atlantic Council’s Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center, in partnership with the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF), will host a conversation exploring El Salvador’s economic evolution.

In recent years, geopolitical changes and domestic policy efforts to improve the investment climate have foreign companies looking toward El Salvador. At the same time, as El Salvador’s economy continues to evolve, local businesses play a critical role, creating opportunities to energize the economy and strengthen El Salvador’s position in the region.

In San Salvador and virtually, the Atlantic Council and CAF are bringing together public and private sector leaders to outline the investment experiences of local and international companies and point out emerging sectors with the greatest potential to drive the economy. They will also discuss opportunities to strengthen collaboration between El Salvador and the United States, amid intensifying global competition.
