On January 20th the Atlantic Council’s International Security Program hosted a visiting delegation of senior officials from the Norwegian Ministry of Defense.
The discussion, moderated by Atlantic Council Senior Fellow Ian Brzezinski, focused primarily on translating the results of last November’s NATO Lisbon Summit into concrete actions and also touched on Norway’s role in Afghanistan and growing defense cooperation with its neighbors. The roundtable discussion is part of the Atlantic Council’s Transatlantic Initiative on Nordic-Baltic Security.
