Public Sector Podcast: David Bray, Leadership in Exponential Times
In this podcast, Dr. David Bray discusses the rapid evolution of technology and culture and how to utilize “Positive Change Agents” to address working in the public sector in the new world of interconnected things. According to David, thinking in terms of just the government is an increasingly quaint 20th century idea. He suggests reframing our focus to a people-centric public service that includes government.
This presentation was recorded live at a Public Sector Network event in Australia in Dr. Bray’s role as Visiting Executive in Residence at Harvard University and Executive Director for the People-Centered Internet coalition. This was prior to Dr. Bray starting as the inaugural director for the Atlantic Council’s new GeoTech Center. The presentation was made available on April 14, 2020 for replay as a podcast.
