USA Today quotes Transatlantic Relations Program Nonresident Senior Fellow Nicholas Dungan on the meeting between President Obama and British Prime Minister David to discuss terrorism, among other things:

Nicholas Dungan, a senior fellow with the Atlantic Council, said the election has to be on Cameron's mind as he visits the White House, and high-profile meetings with Obama could help him with voters.

"He's looking for some star dust," Dungan said. "He's looking for a little bit of glamour from Barack Obama."
