Director of the Africa Center of the United States Atlantic Council in Washington, DC, Dr. Peter Pham, has said that poor military tactics are responsible for the continued success of the Boko Haram Sect in Nigeria and beyond.
Dr. Pham who disclosed this yesterday in a media note made available to our correspondent in New York noted that though US officials continue to say there’s no evidence that ISIS has supplied Boko Haram with anything other than production help on social media, there’s evidence of what he called “revolutionary” military tactics inspired by ISIS.
