General Jean-Louis Georgelin: France in NATO

French Chief of Defense General Jean-Louis Georgelin joined the Atlantic Council for a discussion on France’s normalization of relations with NATO.  It was the first major speech in the U.S. by a senior French official on NATO since France’s reintegration into the alliance’s integrated military command.

Kerry and Hagel Unveil Atlantic Council’s Pakistan Report

On Wednesday, February 25, Senator John Kerry and former Senator and Atlantic Council Chairman Chuck Hagel unveiled Needed: A Comprehensive U.S. Policy Towards Pakistan, the report of the Atlantic Council’s Pakistan Task Force, at the Senate Foreign Relations Committee room.  Kerry and Hagel both served as co-chairs of the Task Force.
