Natalia Storz is a program assistant at the Atlantic Council’s Global Energy Center, where she contributes to a wide range of initiatives focused on global energy and climate policy. She supports the Global Energy Forum, the Center’s flagship international conference; provides operational support for the EnergySource blog; and conducts research for the Energy & Defense program, with a focus on strategic energy chokepoints. She also works on projects related to US energy competitiveness in emerging markets and provides support to the Center’s director of research and programs.

Storz joined the Global Energy Center in the fall of 2024 as a young global professional. Prior to the Atlantic Council, she served as a science and engineering policy fellow in the Colorado State Senate and interned with the US House of Representatives, focusing on climate and energy issues impacting her home state.

Storz holds a BS from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she majored in architectural engineering with a focus on energy systems and minored in leadership studies as a Presidents Leadership Class scholar. Her undergraduate research focused on wildfire building codes and district-scale energy modeling.
