Atlantic Council Regional Energy and Infrastructure Summit

The region’s premier biennial forum shaping the future of energy, infrastructure, and strategic cooperation.

Between March 31-April 1, 2027, the Atlantic Council will host the Regional Energy and Infrastructure Summit, the region’s premier biennial forum shaping the future of energy, infrastructure, and strategic cooperation.

Taking place in Istanbul—the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East—the Summit will bring together ministers, institutional investors, global business leaders, and project developers from the United States across the Balkans, Caucasus, Central Asia, North Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. The Atlantic Council is organizing the Summit in cooperation with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

By connecting those who shape policy with those who finance and deliver projects, we aim to transform discussion into action and turn shared priorities into tangible progress.
