The Atlantic Council, in partnership with the OECD, will launch a revealing study reporting and analyzing new data showing dramatic rises in FDI from China in Latin America and that China isn't just focusing on oil and mining anymore, but ICT, electricity, finance, and alternative energy.  This will have major implication for all stakeholders in the region.
