Introduced and moderated by Bharath Gopalaswamy Deputy Director, South Asia Center Atlantic Council

Shashank Joshi, research fellow at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) in London, will explore the mixed legacy of the outgoing Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s foreign policy, its impact on Asia, and implications for the United States.
