Robert A. Manning, a resident senior fellow of the Brent Scowcroft Center on International Security at the U.S.-based Atlantic Council, told Anadolu Agency Friday that exporting U.S. crude oil is logical since domestic oil production in the country has increased recently.

“U.S. oil inventories are filling up and this could be costly to store if exports don’t go forward,” Manning said and added that, “large-scale exports would likely close the pricing gap between West Texas Intermediate [WTI] and Brent crude,” he added.
