Chloe O’Connor

Chloe O’Connor is a program assistant with the Atlantic Council’s Global Energy Center. Prior to joining the Atlantic Council, she worked as a graduate fellow for the trade practice at McLarty Associates. She has experience working on economic and trade policy topics at the US Department of the Treasury, Department of Commerce, and the Office of the US Trade Representative.

O’Connor holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Ohio State University and a master’s degree in international economic policy from George Washington University.
