The Wall Street Journal quotes Rafik Hariri Center Nonresident Senior Fellow Aaron Stein on how Turkey will work to combat ISIS:
“The Turkish authorities are taking border security more seriously—in a way they previously were not,” said Aaron Stein, a nonresident fellow at the Atlantic Council. “At some point everybody will have to make a decision, acknowledge that there has been a change, and work constructively with Turkey.”
