When North Korea claimed to have tested a hydrogen bomb, Republican presidential hopefuls were quick to blast President Barack Obama.

Never mind that the North Koreans crossed the nuclear threshold under the George W. Bush administration; Obama’s “feckless” foreign policy was at fault.
