Emily Ezratty is a project assistant at the GeoEconomics Center’s Economic Statecraft Initiative. In this role, she supports the center’s research at the intersection of national security, technology, and economics; maps sanctions and export control evasion networks; and provides operational assistance to the initiative. Ezratty previously worked for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory at the Center for Global Security Research, where she published analysis on the impact of export controls and sanctions on adversary innovation across strategic sectors. Ezratty is currently pursuing her master’s degree at Georgetown University. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in international relations and economics.
