On March 20, the Transatlantic Relations Program hosted a private briefing of the work of the Council’s Transatlantic Task Force on Latin America for a group of officials from the European External Action Service.

Task Force members Paula Dobriansky, Eric Farnsworth, and Diana Negroponte took part in the discussion with the EEAS officials, who represented EU delegations from 15 different Latin American countries.
