On December 22, the Atlantic Council held a Eurasia Leadership Series discussion with Ambassador Araz Azimov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Patriciu Eurasia Center director Ross Wilson moderated the discussion.

Araz Azimov has served as the Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan since 1994, prior to which he held positions in the Department of International Organizations and elsewhere at the Foreign Affairs Ministry. He is a graduate of Azerbaijan State University.
