Adam Kozloski is a nonresident senior fellow at the N7 Initiative in the Middle East Programs and at the Indo-Pacific Security Initiative at the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security. He previously served as an aide in the United States Senate, supporting Armed Services and Foreign Relations Committee members, including as Senator Joni Ernst’s foreign policy advisor.
Kozloski has written legislation to advance the Abraham Accords, including the DEFEND Act (P.L. 117-347), the MARITIME Act (P.L. 118-31), and other legislation still pending passage or introduction in the Senate. He also wrote and led efforts to pass the bipartisan CONVENE Act (P.L. 118-31), which expanded the support provided by the State Department to counter Chinese malign influence and political coercion in the Pacific Islands.
Kozloski was previously a Eurasia congressional fellow with the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center. He has also participated in congressional fellowships with the Wilson Center, the Center for Strategic and International Studies, the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments, and the Heritage Foundation. He has also completed the Joint Professional Military Education Phase 1 certification with the Air Command and Staff College and the Naval War College.
Kozloski holds an MA in defense and strategic Studies with a concentration in irregular warfare from the US Naval War College and a BA in economics and political science from the University of Florida. He is currently attending the Harvard Kennedy School.
