Arianit Pllana is a participant in the 2024 Executive Leadership Intensive and a capital markets analyst at Freyr Battery, company aimed at providing industrial scale clean battery solutions to reduce global emissions. He has previously worked as a financial analyst and contributed to the growth of Play Magnus. Aside from business, Pllana has a passion for geopolitics and has previously been politically active in the Norwegian Conservative Party (Høyre). He has been a part of the Rising Leaders Program, run by the US embassy and AmCham in Norway. Pllana graduated from BI Norwegian Business School and Imperial College London, where he earned his MSc in finance. In 2022, he was recognized as the youngest talent on Kapital’s 40 under 40 list in Norway.
