United States and CanadaCaitlin Ludlow is a 2023 Millennium fellow and head of culture and talent at Bridgewater Associates, which she joined in 2013. In this role, Ludlow is responsible for driving and evolving the firm’s culture, as well as shaping the experience for the firm’s 1,200+ employees, which includes overseeing Bridgewater’s people strategy, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); internal communications; and community efforts. Ludlow is also a member of Bridgewater’s operating committee. She was previously the head of DEI and corporate social responsibility. Prior to this role, she ran the chief executive officer’s special projects team, where she focused on building out strategic initiatives, planning, and risk analysis.
Ludlow serves on the board of directors of Mercy Learning Center of Bridgeport, an organization dedicated to providing basic education to underserved and low-income women. She graduated from Middlebury College with a degree in economics and history and was a recipient of the Marci J. Stewart Memorial Award for academic excellence.
