Caroline Multerer was the deputy director of operations for the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security. She worked across the Scowcroft Center to implement strategic priorities and manage communications. She was the author of the weekly newsletter, The Strategist.

Prior to joining the Atlantic Council, Caroline was a program associate at Jones Group International, a global consulting firm owned by General James L. Jones. She holds a B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, where she graduated magna cum laude, was a Presidential Academic Scholar, and wrote and delivered the student commencement address.
