Chelsey Slack is a Millennium Fellow at the Atlantic Council and deputy head of the Cyber Defense Section at NATO Headquarters where she supports the development of cyber policies and initiatives across the NATO alliance. In this role, she cultivates cooperation with NATO’s partners in other countries, international organizations, as well as industry and academia. Previously, Slack worked at Global Affairs Canada as part of a Stabilization and Reconstruction Task Force focusing on conflict prevention. Slack earned a master of philosophy in international relations from the University of Cambridge. She studied as a Hansard scholar at the London School of Economics and at the Institut d’Études Politiques de Lyon in France. She is a guest lecturer at universities and research institutes and is a member of the BMW Foundation’s Responsible Leaders Network and the Global Diplomacy Lab.
