Jen Roberts is an associate director and fellow of cyber threats and digital policy with the Cyber Statecraft Initiative (CSI), part of the Atlantic Council’s Technology Programs. Roberts leads CSI’s work on offensive cyber actors, behavior, and risk, including the management of the Mythical Beasts project series.

Roberts holds an MA in international relations and economics from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in international studies from American University’s School of International Service.
