Kelsey Henquinet is an assistant director at the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab (DFRLab) based in Washington, D.C.

In her role, Kelsey coordinates external engagements and convenings and supports global operations. Prior to joining the DFRLab, Kelsey worked for the Atlantic Council’s Events team where she managed a number of Council convenings.

Before moving to Washington, Kelsey completed a year of service with AmeriCorps VISTA in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Kelsey holds bachelor’s degrees in History and Political Science with a concentration in Middle Eastern Studies from St. Olaf College. While an undergraduate, Kelsey interned for the U.S. Department of Defense and the American Refugee Committee, and studied in Amman, Jordan and Masaya, Nicaragua.
