Maddie Callis

Maddie Callis is a 2026–27 Millennium fellow who serves as vice president, market transformation and localization strategy for the Americas at Mastercard. She brings together policy, communication, product, and business development teams to create commercial opportunities and position Mastercard as an integral partner to governments, regulators, and society. She has worked at the company for eight years, always at the intersection of public and private partnership. Her focus on Latin America started with after-school Spanish classes in elementary school and deepened through college courses, study abroad, a Rotary fellowship, and professional opportunities in the region. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Latin American studies from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, and serves as president of its International Alumni Association. She currently lives in New York City.
