Meredith Pringle is a director at Converge Strategies, LLC and has been an integral component of energy initiatives across the Department of Defense (DoD) for over eight years. She has worked across DoD and the military services developing and implementing policy and managing complex, high-visibility projects. She specializes in energy resilience strategies for critical infrastructure and facilities and leads energy resilience planning efforts with communities and the interdependent utilities that serve them. In support of the US Air Force and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy, Meredith has developed DoD reports and guidance focusing on how to conduct joint civilian-military energy resilience planning, mission thread analysis, and tabletop exercises and has worked with over twenty military bases across fifteen states. Meredith is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and trained facilitator focusing on multi-stakeholder workshops. She holds a masters of public policy from The George Washington University and a bachelors of science in economics and public policy from Indiana University.
