Michael Goldfarb is a participant in the 2024 Executive Leadership Intensive and is the chief of staff, head of investor relations, and president, US at CAB Payments, a cross-border payment processing and foreign exchange business, specializing in emerging markets. In 2023, Goldfarb led the day-to-day execution of CAB Payments’ listing on the premium segment of the main market of the London Stock Exchange, London’s largest initial public offering of the year. He was previously the chief product strategy officer at Reserve Trust, a B2B payments company backed by QED Investors. Prior to CAB Payments, Goldfarb was on the founding team and was the first chief operating officer of Segovia Technology Co., a New York-based fintech firm focused on facilitating payments to emerging and frontier markets. In 2019, he led the sale of Segovia’s enterprise business to CAB Payments and the spin-off of Segovia’s consumer business into a standalone company, Taptap Send. Goldfarb received an AB degree from Harvard University (cum laude) and began his career at the Blackstone Group and Centerbridge Partners. He currently serves on the Future of Finance Working Group at the Bretton Woods Committee, is a 2024 fellow at the Economic Club of New York, is an advisor and investor at multiple startups, and is a volunteer with Rescue City.
