Mohammed Abunamoose

Mohammad Abunamoose is a 2026–27 Millennium fellow and a construction professional specializing in project controls across large-scale infrastructure projects in the Gulf. His work focuses on cost management, performance monitoring, and ensuring contractual and commercial alignment throughout project delivery. He is particularly interested in how systems and processes within construction projects influence performance outcomes. Drawing on his experience in complex, multicultural project environments, he advocates for more transparent, merit-based approaches to evaluation and decision making.
