Nat Ware

Nat Ware is a 2026–27 Millennium fellow and the founder and CEO of Forte Global—a platform that aims to finance education at no cost to individuals or governments and without relying on philanthropy. Forte uses an innovative financing approach that Ware invented during his Oxford PhD on a Rhodes Scholarship. Ware is also the founder and chair of 180 Degrees Consulting, which he grew from a small organization into a global consultancy for nonprofits, with two hundred branches in forty-five countries. Ware was selected as a visiting fellow at Princeton and is also a UBS Global Visionary, Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio fellow, Rybakov Laureate, Goldman Sachs Global Leader, Asia 21 fellow, Forbes 30 Under 30, Australian State Young Achiever of the Year, and the only two-time global winner of the St. Gallen Wings of Excellence Award. He has swum the English Channel with friends, completed a full Ironman triathlon, and is a keynote speaker.
