Phylicia Wu is a director at the Paulson Institute. She focuses on developing and implementing initiatives of the Institute’s Green Finance Center that was launched in 2018 to support green development through the use of market mechanisms. Phylicia also works across the Institute on various strategic projects and programs.

Prior to joining the Paulson Institute, Phylicia was the research and programs assistant for the US Chamber of Commerce’s China Center. She has also served at the Office of the US Trade Representative in the Office of China Affairs. Phylicia is from Atlanta and received her masters of science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and bachelors from Emory University. She is proud to hail from the Peach State and is an avid Atlanta sports fan.
