Sarah leads strategy for Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information and Services, a $6.1 billion business segment with 16,000 employees worldwide, where she is responsible for market analysis, competitive intelligence, strategic planning, portfolio management and investment alignment. Sarah previously supported the formation of Raytheon’s fifth business segment, Forcepoint, a $600 million cybersecurity company with over 18,000 customers and 2,400 employees worldwide; thereafter serving as the Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Forcepoint. Sarah has had a successful and uniquely diversified career over her last twelve years with Raytheon, working across business segments and functional organizations, with a proven track record of success. Sarah has demonstrated leadership in the areas of developing and implementing enterprise-wide and business specific strategy, building customer relationships, and delivering equitable business deals. She is passionate about driving strategic growth, fostering strategic alignment and ensuring that business decisions are made on a strong foundation of objective planning.
