Sol Czerwonko

Sol Czerwonko is a 2026–27 Millennium fellow and a senior dispute resolution attorney whose practice focuses on international arbitration and cross-border litigation. She has represented parties in arbitrations under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce and the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes, as well as in proceedings before US district and appellate courts. She has received more than a dozen awards and recognitions for her professional and academic achievements, pro bono work, and service to the legal community. For instance, the American Bar Association granted her the “On The Rise—Top 40 Young Lawyers” award in 2024. She has also been recognized as a 2024–2026 “Future Leader” by Who’s Who Legal. Czerwonko maintains an active pro bono practice and has collaborated with the International Bar Association and the Vance Center for International Justice on international law matters. She is regularly invited to lecture at institutions including New York University School of Law and Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
