Sol Czerwonko

Sol Czerwonko is a 2026 Millennium fellow and a senior dispute resolution attorney whose practice focuses on international arbitration and cross-border litigation. She has represented parties in arbitrations under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce and the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes, as well as in proceedings before US district and appellate courts. She has received over a dozen awards and recognitions for her professional and academic achievements, pro bono work, and service to the legal community. For instance, the American Bar Association granted her the “On The Rise–Top 40 Young Lawyers” award in 2024. She has also been recognized as a future leader by Who’s Who Legal in 2024–2026 and ranked by Chambers & Partners for international disputes in 2026. Czerwonko also maintains an active pro bono practice and is regularly invited to lecture, including at New York University’s School of Law and Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
