Technology & InnovationStephanie Shapiro was a senior advisor at the Atlantic Council’s GeoTech Center. She is a project manager and program designer with over ten years of experience developing and implementing high-impact programs for higher education institutions, real-estate organizations, and nonprofit organizations.
Shapiro has a master’s degree in business from Loyola Marymount University, with a focus on entrepreneurship. She has taught undergraduate business and social entrepreneurship courses at Loyola Marymount University and Portland Community College, designing learning environments that combine business education and real-life problem-solving.
While serving as a prize designer at XPRIZE Foundation, Shapiro designed large-scale incentive competitions in the education and energy sectors to bring about radical breakthroughs for the benefit of humanity. She worked alongside leading visionaries to convene thought-leaders and advance technologies that revitalize markets.
