Bloomberg cites the Atlantic Council for hosting an event with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko:
“Yes our enemy is strong and better prepared,” Poroshenko said yesterday in a speech at the Atlantic Council in Washington. “But with your support and our support, we will win this battle.”
