On September 22, IPSI nonresident senior fellow Peter Dean’s analysis was referenced in a Canadian Naval Review article about the potential reduction of several Hunter-class frigates in the Australian naval surface fleet. The article states that according to Dean, “going ahead with the Hunter-class frigates would make it difficult to free up funds for other vessels, including smaller warships, amphibious ships, and supply ships.”
