On August 7, Forward Defense Nonresident Senior Fellow Tate Nurkin published the latest issue of Deftech Scan. Published by Armasuisse (the Swiss Federal Office for Defense Procurement), Deftech Scan is a publication intended to give an overview of new technologies and capabilities in the defense sector. In this August 2021 edition, Nurkin and co-author Dr. Quentin Ladetto review innovations in the cyber domain, in missile technology, in human performance enhancement, and more.

could help shape design and manufacture of aerospace and defence platforms and systems over the
next decade.
