Helene-Terese Jürgenson is a participant in the 2025 European Leadership Accelerator hosted by the Atlantic Council’s Millennium Leadership Program. She is also a project manager at the Estonian Ministry of Climate, driving innovation at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and governance. As the e-construction services project manager, she leads an initiative to digitalize and develop the e-construction sector, focusing on building energy efficiency and enhancing public services. Jürgenson has worked with leading innovation hubs like Tehnopol, the Baltics’ largest Science and Business Park, where she led interdisciplinary teams, facilitated corporate matchmaking, and drove business development. She has also managed the Estonian Innovation Leaders Club, strengthening corporate partnerships and promoting cross-sector collaboration. As an alumna of the US Department of State Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative Fellowship, she has deepened her expertise in transatlantic entrepreneurship and innovation, focusing on sustainable development. She is the founder of two companies in landscape architecture and international project management, dedicated to shaping impactful partnerships and versatile solutions.
