Trevor H. Rudolph is a nonresident senior fellow at the Atlantic Council’s GeoTech Center. Rudolph is the vice president for global digital policy and regulation at Schneider Electric. In this role, he directs the corporation’s technology policy and regulatory affairs strategy in North America, Europe, and Asia. Previously, Rudolph served for five years as the chief of the Office of Management and Budget’s Cyber and National Security Unit at the White House.
Rudolph is a member of the Department of Energy and National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners’ Cybersecurity Advisory Group, where he develops recommendations for cybersecurity baselines applicable to electric distribution utilities. He is a two-time Federal 100 award-winner. Rudolph earned a BA in government from William & Mary and an MA in international business and policy from Georgetown University.
