
Alyssa Caver is a visiting fellow with the Atlantic Council’s Freedom and Prosperity Center. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in democracy and governance at Georgetown University, where she also works as a research assistant on the Stories of Democracy project with International IDEA and does further research on technology and democracy and the future of democracy assistance.
Prior to her time at Georgetown, Caver interned at the International Republican Institute. She holds a BA in government and international relations and global studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
