Topics include the opening of casinos versus churches, the speed and safety of vaccines, the role of simulations and preparedness, and the responsibility of scientists versus federal agencies and the courts. She is joined by moderator: Sr Judge Loren Smith, US Court of Federal Claims and guest speaker Robert Rosner, William E Wrather Distinguished Service Professor in the Departments of Astronomy & Astrophysics and Physics, and the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
