
Moss Gillespie is a program assistant in the Forward Defense program of the Atlantic Council’s Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security, where he contributes to the initiative’s work on military operations, defense strategy, and the future of warfare.
Prior to the Atlantic Council, Gillespie worked at the Institute for the Study of War, the Kurdish Regional Government Representation in the United States, and the Anti Defamation League.
Gillespie earned his MA in security policy and BS in international affairs from George Washington University.
