From the Air Force Times: The North Atlantic Treaty Organization Special Operations Headquarters in Belgium will be getting a new commander.
Air Force Maj. Gen. Frank K. Kisner has been nominated for a third star and assignment to that job, the Defense Department announced May 6.
Kisner currently is serving as commander of Special Operations Command Europe/director of Special Operations, U.S. European Command, in Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Germany. (photo: USAF)
