From the AP: Romania’s top defense body has decided to withdraw its police force from Kosovo.
The Supreme Defense Council took the decision late Monday and the president’s office said Tuesday in a statement on its website that the 178 police officers serving with an EU mission will return to Romania in December. . . . (photo: AP)
