Join us to hear from Gen. Jumper who will discuss his tenure at SAIC and Leidos, and how the company had to evolve in order to grow. He will touch upon market pressures in the defense industry and other challenges the company faced during his time, including regulatory hurdles. He will also discuss how the company transitioned its design efforts into a process of continuous improvement.

Gen. Jumper is the first chairman and CEO of Leidos. He also was chairman and CEO of SAIC from March 2012, and assumed his role with Leidos following its separation from SAIC in September 2013. Before entering the private sector in November 2005, General Jumper served a thirty-nine year military career. His service culminated in appointment as chief of staff of the US Air Force, in which capacity he directed the Air Force’s provision of forces to Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
